After you have activated the user account and logged into the Dashboard, it is time to configure the connection to your Xero company file in the Cloud. 

Open the Accounting Package Details page by following one of the below steps:
  • From the Dashboard, click on the View Details link on the Accounting Package tile.
  • Click on the Settings menu item, and select Accounting Package Details.

From here the Registration Form for connecting to your accounting package will be displayed.

Select Xero from the Software Vendor drop down list.

1. Click on Connect to Xero
2. If required, provide your Xero credentials. At this point Xero will request that you authorise Billx to access your company data. Select the appropriate organisation from the drop down list.

Click on Authorise.


3. If you use Branding Themes in Xero to group invoices and would only like Billx to send out invoices from a certain theme, select the branding theme from the drop down list.

4. Select the first month of your financial year in the Financial Year Settings.

5. Select the starting date you want to synchronise invoices from. All unpaid invoices from this date forward will be included in your initial synchronise and sent to your Customers.


10. Click on Save.


You are now ready for your first Sync.
